Hull resident Tom
Herde started Hullpix in May,2007 after working 20 years as a staff
photographer at The Boston Globe. Hullpix offers images celebrating
our scenic, diverse, sometimes quirky, but mostly charming seaside
community.
Herde has won
numerous awards during his 40 year career as a photojournalist,
including awards from the National Press Photographers Ass'n.,the
Baseball Hall of Fame Photo Contest, The National Football League
Photo Contest, the Boston Press Photographers Ass'n., and the New
Jersey Press Photographers Ass'n.
Hullpix will be an
evolving venture capturing the seasonal changes and nuances of our
peninsula. A photo will be featured every week in The Hull Times.
